Grab your mat & take a break! Join us every Wednesday 12-1 pm for an all-levels, flow yoga class. Find your breath, open your hips, and improve your core strength. Practice will be tailored for all levels, ages and beginners are most welcome. Taught by renowned Vancouver teacher, Cathy High.
Don't forget to bring your mats (or practise on the grass) and a water bottle. We hope to see you there!
