Grab your mat & take a break! Join us every Wednesday 12-1 pm for a delicious flow yoga class and reset your day. Find your breath, open your hips, and improve your core strength. Practice will be tailored for all levels, ages and beginners are most welcome. Taught by renowned Vancouver teachers, Rachel Scott and Jayme Burke.
Don't forget to bring your mats (or practise on the grass) and a water bottle. We hope to see you there!
