It's not uncommon to see parts of UBC transformed by movie magic, and if you're lucky, you might even witness the occassional celebrity sighting during filming. However, there's no bigger celebrity on campus than Thunder, our dear UBC Thunderbird mascot, who was spotted cycling around campus today! Way to promote active, sustainable transportation Thunder!
As the university gears up for Homecoming in a few weeks, we're sure we'll see a lot more of the beloved blue and gold icon around campus!
