Join us for a culinary battle where you are the judge at Chef Challenge 2015!
The culinary event of the summer is back! Join us on July 9 from 4:30-7:00 at Main Mall and Memorial Road for Chef Challenge 2015.
This year’s theme is Global meets local. Competing chefs will prepare three globally inspired canapés sourced from local ingredients. Guests will then have the opportunity to sample and vote on their favourite creations.
Competing for the coveted Golden Whisk Award this year are:
- Chef David Speight, UBC Food Services (last year's champion)
- Chef Ryan Bissell, AMS Conferences + Catering
- Chef Holly Seeger, Mahony and Sons Public House
