October 7-11 is Walk 'n Roll to School Week! So lace up your walking shoes, jump on your bike, skateboard or scooter, and Walk 'n Roll to School!
This time, UTown@UBC is joining communities from over 40 countries around the world in celebrating active, sustainable transportation, as October 7-11 also marks International Walk to School Week. Walking School Buses, led by community volunteers proudly wearing yellow hats and t-shirts, will depart from campus neighbourhoods each day and prizes, giveaways and safety initiatives will take place throughout the week.
