Fraternity Village is located on Wesbrook Mall and consists of seven fraternity houses, each with common rooms and student residences build around a shared courtyard. All seven have distinctive facades, accentuated by interlocking brickwork, portico entries, and sloping roofs. The buildings are owned and operated by the individual fraternities.

The 4-storey MBA House residence is reserved for graduate students attending the Sauder School of Business. It is the first residence amongst Canadian business schools,specifically for MBA students, and features 81 units for both single students and couples.
